Welcome to Sarah Brown Coaching! I specialize in helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve professional growth through executive coaching. While I have a masters in clinical counseling, I have more of a focus on leadership development, confronting career transitions, mindset coaching, and team development. With personalized coaching programs, my goal is to empower clients to thrive in their careers and lead with confidence.
I just want you to know that I've been processing a lot of what you and I have been talking about, and it's been helping me to really prioritize. For the first time in YEARS, I feel confident acknowledging that I have no need to continue work that doesn't achieve my future goals. I don't care about publishing a project from my previous job that I was proud of but now does not serve me. It's old and it's got to go! So I'm cutting it from my to-do list and WOOHOOOOOO it feels good to say goodbye to something on my shoulders for years.
